Products & Technology

Document Delivery (MedPort) - Internal and external document distribution and delivery via FAX, email (encrypted and unencrypted), and print for institutional physicians, medical practices, and clinics. This fully automated open and scaleable technology can replace DOS/Windows/Unix based proprietary technologies or integrate as a new installation. MedPort distributes an extremely large volume of medical data.
Procedural Tracking and Charging via our Diagnostic Neurology Departmental System Application (DNA) - this automated system manages all aspects of daily departmental operations for orders covering such stages as reception, transcription, physician authentication and charging. DNA client and server software components are fully integrated into the medical institution communications infrastructure.
Admission-Discharge & Transfer (ADT) Transaction Interface – this is a real-time interface capable of processing 100+ transactions per minute. These institutional level transactions received from various input sources represent real-time patient transactions effecting patient/physician demographics and encounters, as well as patient registrations, admissions, discharges, transfers, and merges. Supporting desktop applications complement this interface for the purpose of administering transaction exceptions.
Transcription Archival and Print System (TAPS) - This transcription archival, viewing and print system stores patient transcription documents and assessments in a continuous time line without document type or patient limits. Supporting desktop applications complement this interface for the purpose of searching document histories, cross-referencing patient information and administering transaction exceptions.
Institutional Directory Server (Phone Book) - This web-based server manages all aspects of data collection and formatting for an institution’s telephone directory. The Four-D Phone Book application receives input from each institutional source and formats it for final print output.
Patient Survey and Print Application (PRMAIL) - This application supports Patient-Relations and Mail Department services by providing sampling and population control. Both sticky label printing and synchronized post card printing encompass the spectrum of institutional inpatient/outpatient/departmental needs.
